My experience with Concept Mortgage was extremely positive. Remy Gomez was extremely efficient and thorough, and got us a very good rate to refinance our home with. I was surprised how quickly the process went with her, because I had tried to refinance with other companies in the past and was unable to find a company/broker who I felt comfortable with. I also really liked the notary person, Erika Bautista. She explained everything well and was very prepared for the signing.
